Before seeing Dr. Thornton, I used to sleep eight to ten hours only to wake up feeling groggy in the mornings. I couldn�t stay awake when sitting in a meeting and even nooded off more than once at a stoplight. I was always dragging. Today, my life couldn't be more different...

Before seeing Dr. Thornton, I used to sleep eight to ten hours only to wake up feeling groggy in the mornings. I couldn�t stay awake when sitting in a meeting and even nooded off more than once at a stoplight. I was always dragging. Today, my life couldn't be more different...

Now that my snoring is under control, I can sleep five to six hours a night and feel rested every morning. I'm exercising, eating well, happy, and I've lost 40 lbs!!!

All of these improvements are a direct or collateral result of getting better sleep. Although several factors contributed to recent improvements (e.g. eating better, exercising), not a single one was more dramatic or had a greater impact on my life than my TAP. The TAP has restored my ability to rest and dream. Thank you!�
